Cloud Description

This TalentCloud is seeking experts who can be a part of the leadership team and be able to serve as a highly visible, strategic team member who focuses on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. Experts in this TalentCloud should be able to collaborate with the Chief Data or Chief Strategy Officer and a broad range of leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.

  • Design innovative Enterprise Data strategies that will facilitate a consistent, trusted, and readily available flow of data across the company supporting growth and productivity
  • Drive Enterprise Data programs across the organization that develops Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data
  • Design Enterprise frameworks and target operating models to be adopted across the company in support of new data capabilities
  • Design and implement strategies that will achieve growth and productivity through process automation
  • Effective Communicator

  • Enterprise-level Program/Project Management

Required Skills

  • Experience leading and managing large-scale programs focused on Enterprise Data and Analytics
  • Comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
  • Demonstrated success in defining and measuring business growth and productivity KPI’s concentrated around proving benefits of Enterprise Data Management
  • Ability to drive large-scale change/projects and lead enterprise-wide transition management efforts
  • Expert level project/program management skills. Lean process design experience preferred
  • Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on the ability to collaborate with others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Ensure that data, research resources, and insights are effectively understood and communicated
  • Ability to build relationships, establish confidence, and influence clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Contribute to the development and publication of thought leadership pieces that provide internal and external clients
  • As a leader, train and coach junior team members as they develop analytical skills and identify actionable insights
