Usman Azim is the Intelligent Automation (IA) lead for the CGI Belgium business unit working with the regional and global teams to set up the IA strategy for the company as well as help with local implementations in the European cluster. He is the subject matter expert for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and is involved in the local enterprise-wide RPA implementations.
