Dr. Luis Franceschi is Dean of Strathmore Law School, and legal advisor to several national and international government agencies, commissions and programmes, including the United Nations and the World Bank. He sits on several boards: Transparency International, the International Justice Commission (The Hague), International Association of Law Schools, and Sosian Energy, among others. He has authored several publications.
