Emma Parry is Professor of Human Resource Management at Cranfield School of Management,  Cranfield University, UK. She is the author or editor of eight books and numerous academic and practitioner publications and has spoken at a wide range of academic and practitioner conferences. She is a Fellow of the British Academy of Management, an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), an Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Employment Studies and a Visiting Fellow at Westminster Business School.
