Erik P. M. Vermeulen is Professor of Business and Financial Law at Tilburg University and Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) in the Netherlands. He is also Head of Governance at Philips Lighting in the Netherlands. He is best described as a “global futurist” and “cross-cultural strategic consultant”.
