Trading Algorithm for stock trading

Project Description

We are a start-up quantitative trading company using automated algorithms to trade stocks and futures. We have an existing intra-day strategy which needs machine learning experts to refine and improve. the task will initially be classifying trending and non-trending periods during a particular trading day. Another task will be predicting short term price movements based on the order book sizes.

Skills we are looking for: Machine learning, predictive analytics, SVM, knowledge in financial markets, prior experience in working for finance-related projects

The project can be a on-going project if the intial results are satisfactory.
