Course Description

Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach for eliminating defects in any process, ranging from manufacturing to transactional processes. Since its inception in 1986 by the Motorola engineer Bill Smith, the Six Sigma process has helped industry giants including Amazon, Boeing, Ford Motor Company, and GE to improve their operations significantly over the years.
