Cloud Description

Experts in this TalentCloud should be able to secure end-user devices and their points of entry, also known as endpoints, including mobiles, laptops, tablets, desktops, and more. TalentCloud members are required to prevent such devices from malicious exploitation and cyber threats while connected to various networks. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support workstations, servers, remote devices, peripherals, hardware, and software to maintain integrity standards
  • Proficiency in various security operating systems and software tools, such as WSUS, SCCM, and SEP 
  • Manage daily updates, upgrades, patches, and more to accomplish a high-security level
  • Prioritize tasks and issues by level of critical importance 
  • Work with, support, train, and guide technical teams in endpoint strategies
  • Utilize appropriate configuration management tools, including Asset Explorer, JAMF, and Kaseya
  • Advise organization on anti-virus solutions, workstation imaging, and software distribution practices
  • Manage virtual desktop infrastructure, application inventory, and encryption services
  • Automate the deployment application packages, operating system images, and others
  • Assure policy compliance and licensing requirements for all software
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on all virtual applications and desktops, as well as network-based applications
  • Work with support team and vendors to quickly resolve issues 

Preferred Education 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related Field
  • Relevant Work Experience
