Forbes 30 Under 30 member\u00a0Travis Chambers introduced the four-day workweek<\/a>\u00a0to his employees at Chamber Media, with the belief that it would be beneficial to them and increase their overall happiness. \u201cWe can pay people more, have more cool stuff in the office, have big parties and perks, but the thing most businesses can never give is time,\u201d Chambers explains. \u201cSo, we have a 4-day work week\u2026It makes people more inspired, creative, productive, and loyal long term.\u201d More people will follow this lead as they look to\u00a0maximize employee potential<\/a>\u00a0and attract and retain top talent.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
