As we look to a new future of work, the move towards inclusive capitalism is being escalated.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ccb865 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ccb865\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis will create challenges for many, but it will also create opportunities, particularly for employers. People are the most valuable asset for any business. The impact of COVID-19 on Opportunity Talent &#8211; individuals traditionally overlooked for employment opportunities &#8211; is and will continue to be disproportionately large.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f87ecf4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f87ecf4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEmployment instability is hitting hard, particularly in industries like retail, hospitality and food services \u2013 where many Opportunity Talent begin their careers.
