Many jobs, as we know them, will cease to exist. As demand for mathematics, computing and data analysis grows, so too will the need for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_Future_of_Jobs_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">human attributes<\/a>\u00a0like creativity, critical thinking, persuasion and negotiation,&#8221;\u00a0writes Bernadette Wightman, Managing Director of BT Group.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb96546 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb96546\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBut it\u2019s not just workers who need to worry about upgrading their skills. Companies too, are seeking out ways to appeal to a new generation of workers. Millennials and Generation Z will be the majority of the workforce in 2020,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/01\/millennial-gen-z-talent-workplace-leadership\" class=\"broken_link\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0writes Judy Oh, Director of Strategy at BrightHouse, a BCG company<\/a>, and they&#8217;re already reshaping the relationship between employer and employee. &#8220;Younger workers are looking for more decentralized environments where they can decide how work gets done,&#8221; she says.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe3d6f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe3d6f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs we acquire new skills, we&#8217;ll also need to un-learn some old ones,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/01\/delearning-reskilling-future-work-careers-skills\" class=\"broken_link\" rel=\"noopener\">says Kathy Bloomgarden, COE of Ruder Finn<\/a>. &#8220;Specifically, everyone must ask themselves &#8230; how do we disrupt our outdated ways of doing things?
