This article is in continuation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.experfy.com\/blog\/the-data-fabric-for-machine-learning-part-1\">Part 1<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.experfy.com\/blog\/the-data-fabric-machine-learning-part-1-b--deep-learning-on-graphs\">Part 1-b<\/a>. And also gave my definition of the data fabric:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6d1e6d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f6d1e6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><em>The Data Fabric is the platform that supports all the data in the company. How it\u2019s managed, described, combined and universally accessed. The data here can represent concepts, objects, things, people and actually whatever you have in mind. The graph fills in the relationships, the connections between the concepts.<\/p>\n<p id=\"5fe7\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">In this context we can ask this question to our data lake:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5881f04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5881f04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote>What exists here?<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"222d\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">We are in a different here. A one where it\u2019s possible to set up a framework to study data and its relation to other data. In a knowledge-graph information represented in a particular formal\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/towardsdatascience.com\/ontology-and-data-science-45e916288cc5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\">ontology<\/a>\u00a0can be more easily accessible to automated information processing, and how best to do this is an active area of research in computer science like data science.<\/p>\n<p id=\"596d\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">All data modeling statements (along with everything else) in ontological languages and the world of knowledge-graphs for data are incremental, by their very nature. Enhancing or modifying a data model after the fact can be easily accomplished by modifying the concept.<\/p>\n<p id=\"8840\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">With a knowledge-graph what we are building is a human-readable representation of data that uniquely identifies and connects data with common business terms. And the automatic process of discovering what that insight is, it\u2019s machine learning.<\/p>\n<p id=\"dd8a\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">But what is this\u00a0<strong>fabric<\/strong>? Is the object formed by the knowledge-graph. The goal of linked data is to publish structured data in such a way that it can be easily consumed and combined with other linked data, and ontologies as the way we can connect entities and understand their relationships.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7a0b8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f7a0b8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><h1 id=\"92df\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Section 2.
